Wanrozi is an entrepreneur, with over 35 years of local & international experience in business development, marketing, and complex financial negotiations, spanning across various sectors such as telecom, satellite, defense and aerospace. He was a corporate strategist with a subsidiary of Nano Malaysia, a leading nanotechnology promoter under MOSTI.
Graduated from Western Michigan University, he is a visionary and creative leader who strives to push the boundaries of green & renewable energy, IOT/ satellite data communications, local Malaysian defense industry and material science/ nanotechnology. He was also a leader in the mobile satellite industry having managed all stages of Malaysia’s first commercial low-Earth orbit system from startup to exit. Conducted business transactions in numerous countries outside Malaysia, including Korea, Japan, Australia and the United States. Proficient in business development, strategic planning and international collaborations.
